Nashville-Based ProWorx Software Launches for Owner-Operators and Small Service Businesses

ProWorx Software, a Nashville-based business management platform for owner-operators and small service businesses, has officially launched.

ProWorx is designed for people who know how to do the work but need a better way to run the business around it. The platform brings customer requests, estimates, scheduling, job management, invoicing, payments, communications, and reviews into one connected system.

The company was founded by Nashville resident and Army veteran Alex Vaysben after a career leading professional services organizations. ProWorx was built around the belief that smaller service businesses should not have to buy complex software designed for much larger companies in order to operate professionally.

“Most small operators do not need the control center of a 50-person company,” said Vaysben. “They need the right systems for the business they actually have, and they should not have to figure everything out alone.”

ProWorx is initially focused on owner-operated service businesses such as handyman services, cleaning, lawn care, junk removal, mobile detailing, installation, and specialty trades.

The company also offers an Operator Launch Program for eligible new service businesses. The program provides six months of ProWorx Software at no cost, along with setup guidance and support designed to help new operators establish a strong foundation.

ProWorx Software is operated by Blackhawk Catalyst Technology & Consulting LLC and is based in Nashville, Tennessee, with roots in the Bellevue area of Nashville.
