Bellevue Presbyterian Church is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Audio/Video Technician to support our Sunday morning worship services, and occasional special events.
Position Details
- Schedule: Sundays, 9:45 AM to 11:45 AM
- Additional Opportunities: Weddings, funerals, holiday services, and other special events as needed
- Start Date: Fall 2026
- Compensation: Based on experience
Responsibilities
- Operate the church sound system during worship services
- Manage wireless lavalier microphones and audio levels
- Switch cameras and oversee basic video production
- Monitor and manage the church livestream using Restream
- Troubleshoot basic audio, video, and streaming issues as needed
- Help ensure a smooth and professional worship experience both in-person and online
- Support audio/video needs for occasional special events
Qualifications
- Experience with audio, video, livestreaming, or church technology is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with sound boards, wireless microphones, camera systems, or streaming platforms is a plus
- Comfortable learning basic computer-based production workflows
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and ability to work with church staff, volunteers, and worship leaders
Equipment & Technology
Bellevue Presbyterian Church currently utilizes:
- Allen & Heath Qu-24 Digital Mixer
- Wireless lavalier microphone systems
- Camera switching and livestream equipment
- Restream platform for online broadcasting
Training
Training will be provided for qualified candidates. Prior church production experience is not required. We are happy to train someone with a willingness to learn and an interest in audio, video, or livestream production.
