Description
Annie Wortham's inspirational story follows her life as she went from surviving to thriving. The 2025 Adult Volunteer Mary Catherine Strobel Award Winner, Annie was heralded for her volunteer service at the Sexual Assault Center (SAC) where she is a powerful example of compassion and dedication. Since 2018, Annie has served in SAC’s Medical Accompaniment Program (MAP), providing trauma-informed support to survivors in their most vulnerable moments.
As a survivor herself, Annie is driven by a personal mission to ensure others receive the care and advocacy she didn’t have in the past.
