Wild Eggs Announces New Location in Bellevue!
Award-winning brunch restaurant group to open 2nd Nashville location in July 2018
Louisville, Ky-based restaurant group Wild Eggs is announcing the ribbon-cutting ceremony for their second Nashville location on August 6, 2018 at 11 a.m. Customers who dine in that day or mail/email in a free entry will be entered in a raffle to win one of 25 certificates for free pancakes for a year.* The restaurant will be owned by Wild Eggs franchisee, Angela Reeves and operated by Schulte Restaurant Group. The 4300 square-foot restaurant is located in the Bellevue area at 7628 Highway 70 South and will be open 7 days a week.
The first Wild Eggs restaurant opened in Louisville, Ky. in 2007 and has since expanded to a total of 17 locations: Seven in Kentucky, four in Indiana, three in Ohio, and now a third one in Tennessee. Reeves has partnered with Schulte Restaurant Group to open three additional Wild Eggs locations in Nashville and the surrounding area over the next few years.
Wild Eggs has received national attention and awards for their imaginative and inventive twists on classic brunch fare, which include best sellers like the Kalamity Katie’s Border Benedict, green chili cheddar corn cakes topped with chorizo, two poached eggs, queso fundido, pico de gallo, sour cream, green onions and avocado; Bananas Foster Waffle, house-made waffle topped with banana rum caramel sauce, fresh banana slices, vanilla bean ice cream, powdered sugar and cinnamon; An “ACE” of a “BLT,” avocado, cheddar, fried egg, bacon, lettuce and tomato on toasted sourdough with skillet potatoes; and the Grits of the Day. Wild Eggs offers custom-blended coffee made exclusively for the restaurant and is well known for their in-house, fresh squeezed lemonade and orange juice.“Nashville has welcomed Wild Eggs with open arms. We have grown to love our downtown location and regulars in the area and are excited about the expansion into the Bellevue community. One Bellevue Place has turned into a remarkable project and we are thrilled to be a part of it,” said Reeves.
The second Nashville location will feature an eclectic atmosphere and have outdoor patio seating. The décor is filled with bright and cheery hues of robin egg blue and pastel yellows with a custom-designed mural, breakfast bar, and egg artwork. The restaurant will offer carry out, catering, and dining for approximately 145 guests.
Wild Eggs is open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. For more information on Wild Eggs, call (502) 552-2838 or visit www.wildeggs.com.
