The diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease makes planning for the future more important than ever. A speaker from the Alzheimer's Association Tennessee Chapter will discuss important legal and financial issues to consider, how to put plans in place, what essential documents you’ll need, and how to access legal and financial resources near you. This is the first program in our three part educational series from the Alzheimer's Association Tennessee Chapter.
