Bootybarre is a fitness exercise that is designed to help to build a strong foundation upon which you will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, giving you that lean, graceful, and strong body. This class will be modified due to the location where it is being held. These exercises will be similar to the ones done in our regularly scheduled classes held at the studio.
