All Ages Learn to Ride is a free community course for humans who are ready to learn to ride a bicycle. Whether you are 7 or 77, our certified instructors will help you get from zero to riding in no time. This class is presented in partnership with the Bellevue Exchange Club and is supported by the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation.
This class for people who have never pedaled a bicycle and for people who need a refresher of bicycling basics. It will cover the following basics:

Getting onto the bike

Basic balance
-
Braking and stopping
-
Pedaling
-
Turning
Every human learns at their own rate at to their own ability, and we believe in incremental exposure over time. Some students may get up to two pedals and some may not - but EVERYONE will learn SOMETHING.
Bicycling is an amazing way to exercise and get around town. Don't be shy. Come learn how to ride in a safe and supportive environment! Bicycles and helmets can be provided.

Ages 7 - 75+ are welcome. Parents or caregivers must stay on site for students aged 7 - 17.

Membership: $220 yearly or $55 per quarter (plus a one time $20 joining fee)

Club members enjoy fun, relaxed meetings. We begin every meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and after a few minutes of project updates, we enjoy informative and interesting guest speakers and discussions. Come join our meetings and be part of good fellowship with friends and neighbors as we all work together to make Bellevue a better place!

All Ages Learn to Ride es un curso comunitario gratuito para personas que están listas para aprender a montar en bicicleta. Tanto si tienes 7 como 77 años, nuestros instructores certificados te ayudarán a pasar de cero a montar en bicicleta en muy poco tiempo. Esta clase se imparte en colaboración con el Bellevue Exchange Club y cuenta con el apoyo de la Fundación Jeff Roth Cycling.
Esta clase está dirigida a personas que nunca han montado en bicicleta y a personas que necesitan refrescar los conceptos básicos del ciclismo. Se tratarán los siguientes conceptos básicos:
