Join us for our YogaSix January workshop, and Elevate your Flow!
Saturday, January 20th
4:30pm - 6:00pm
This workshop will take you on a deep dive using props. You will work on alignment and how to integrate the props into your everyday practice. Your strength and range of motion will improve and allow you to get deeper into a pose then you every have before.
