Premier Martial Arts is offering our Bully Proof Workshop free, open to the public. Our last Bully Proof Workshop filled up quickly, so we're offering it again. This workshop is aimed at kids 6 - 12 (and their parents.) We teach you how to avoid bullies and unsafe situations...and what to do if something bad is happening and no adults are around.
