DESCRIPTION:Women of the VUE is an event series designed to focus on women in business in Bellevue and surrounding areas. Through educational and networking events\, we hope to bring together women of all ages and backgrounds to address issues related to professional development and leadership while creating a robust mentoring and support network that fosters success in both careers and community engagement.\n\n\n\nOur speaker for this Luncheon is:\n\n\n\nMila Grigg\, CEO of MODA Image and Brand Consulting\, LLC.\n\n\n\nMODA Image and Brand Consulting helps individuals to communicate their Personal and Professional Brand\, companies to discern and share the Corporate Brand with the world around them and management teams to develop strategies that give monetary value to their brand strengths. MODA helps individuals and companies to share WHO THEY ARE and what they do in a way that allows the public to see their unique individual and corporate value.\n\n\n\nOur charity partner for this event is On the Dot. \n\n\n\nOn The Dot is a local initiative that readily supplies young women with feminine hygiene essentials. We want to create a safe environment that allows for honest conversation about menstrual health\, as well as supply products such as pads\, tampons\, clean wipes and soap. \n\nWhen experiencing their monthly menstrual cycle (aka "On The Dot")\, some are even missing school. Not only does their absence create an issue of truancy\, but has a direct effect on their scholastic and extracurricular performances. Essentially\, the future for these bright\, talented young women is at risk because they simply do not have the means to meet their menstrual needs.\n\n\n\nOur goal is to readily equip young women with hygiene essentials. We want to ensure they are clothed with dignity & strength so that they may be able to laugh without fear of the future.
